Below is the introductory letter written to the three groups by Neil Mason-Jones, Théun's successor.

“To All Members of the UK, N. American and Russian Forums,

“On behalf of Théun's unit and myself I would like to introduce ourselves for the benefit of those of you who do not yet know us. Théun's unit is composed of the following people:

As you have all been notified, Théun and Russell feel that it would greatly benefit all of you to belong to only one email group. In this way your three respective forums will be able to interact together, and thereby learn much from each other. This goes far beyond the face value, in that England and North America share the Heart Centre of the world; England being the Wisdom aspect, and North America being the Love aspect. Also you should know that England, being the Wisdom aspect, represents the past; North America, being the Love aspect, represents the present; whereas Russia, for reasons too technical to explain here, represents the future. It is therefore Théun's wish to marry your respective forums, and thereby form a much closer link between the two halves of the heart centre, and the future, something which is greatly needed in the world today. Therefore ultimately once the three core groups are fully established, and you are endeavouring to live like warriors, you should all have a profoundly powerful effect, not only upon the world around you, but also within the world as a whole through the medium of the web of life, of which all of us are units.

With respect to the above it will also help you to know the following. Due to certain events, and the changes that those events initiated towards the latter quarter of 1999, Théun made a significant decision. As you know his official portfolio amongst Toltecs in this lifetime is that of The Dragon Wolf, an extensive portfolio which has bearing upon all five fields of human endeavour, namely, education, politics, medicine, religion and science. The purpose of this office is to separate out the polarities in all fields so that humanity can achieve the necessary clarity with which to move forward intelligently. Although Théun continues to hold this portfolio, and still carries out his responsibilities with respect to it, he nonetheless made the decision to set aside the Mantle of The Dragon Wolf in favour of the Yellow Rose of Friendship. It is not important for you to understand the technicalities involved here, but what you should know is what this means for all of us. Put quite simply, it means a radical change in direction and focus with respect to approach. Therefore instead of focussing his personal power through the medium of separating the polarities, he is now focussing his power through the inclusiveness of friendship.

Although Théun believes that humanity is capable of this new approach, he nevertheless is also fully aware that humanity is not yet ready for this, for two main reasons; firstly, that men and women, generally speaking, do not know how to listen to their hearts; and, secondly, that the world at large is as yet still filled with so much separativeness leading to a lack of genuine love and warmth. But world needs today are so dire, and with the Cry of the Eagle having sounded, Théun feels that, ready or not, we must at least make every effort to take this leap towards true freedom. Therefore you can see that the resultant pressure on Théun is huge, and the responsibility of us who are willing to support him, which includes all of you within the three core groups, is enormous.

In addition it will also benefit you to know something about my relationship with Théun. Théun is a three-pronged nagal, and I am a four-pronged nagal. Once again the technicalities involved here need not concern you, but suffice it to say that part of the work Théun and I are doing together is to bridge certain peculiarities of his knowledge with those inherent within mine. What this entails is that Théun is working towards the upliftment of the individual through the male-side of power, whilst I am working towards the establishment of groups through the female-side of power. Our efforts therefore complement each other in such a way that true intelligent co-operation can be firmly anchored within the web of life, and demonstrated upon the physical plane through the materialisation of our work. Because of this the Mystery of Gender can now be revealed with greater effect.

From all of the above it should be clear that our motive for joining this e-forum should be to support each other in achieving the much needed clarity that will enable us to uphold each other in our strengths, and not in our weaknesses; to support each other in finding a greater openness of heart, and thereby getting in touch with our true feelings; to support each other and to nurture within each other, the belief that each and every one of us does have value, and that we can make a difference in the world; to support each other in finding the deeper meaning inherent within true friendship, namely, unconditional love and warmth in action.

It is for all of us at Hunter's Lodge a privilege to be able to serve alongside you all in your journey upon the Warrior's Path, and it is our honour to be able to interact with you.

Since he first started the three groups in order that they might apply the Toltec teachings, Théun has continued to work at bringing about an ever-increasing sense of togetherness and inclusiveness within the members of the three groups until finally, the members could benefit from being merged into one group, and consequently become the core Group working consistently under Théun’s guidance. From this moment on the e-forum became dedicated solely to providing the members of the core Group with the guidance on the Toltec teachings that they need, and is therefore no longer open to participants at the retreats who are not also members of the core Group.

In May 2005 Théun incorporated his unit of warriors with the core Group to form one Group, as opposed to keeping his unit separate from the core Group, and in commemoration of this decision he changed the name of the e-forum to Warriors’ Keep, the name of his residence in South Africa.

The e-forum and its archive are an invaluable source of practical guidance on the Toltec teachings.
